Support Needed

Dear neighbours,
I'm chairing the PTA at Marazion School this year. The school is doing really well under the new Head, Jenny Rainbow, and we are very proud of the educational achievements but we could use some support from the wider community with our fund-raising events. If you can help bake a cake, donate a raffle or tombola prize for the Christmas Fair or do your normal online shopping via our website, that would be really appreciated. Details below.

Many thanks

Ways to support

Marazion School this Christmas

1. Attend the Christmas Craft Fair on December 2nd 2:30 - 6pm. Children singing at 3:30pm, visit from Santa, competition for children’s ‘best joke’ and best Christmas card design games, a wide range of craft stalls, food, mulled wine, raffle - and more! To book a craft stall at the Christmas Fair, please contact Katie Kirk: 710907 or email perranuthnoe@hotmail.co.uk

2. Bake something for the cake stall (Tel. Rebecca on 763375).

3. Donate a bottle, jar, tin or sweets for the tombola (leave at school reception or with Katie Kirk at The Old Bakehouse, Perranuthnoe).

4. Buy some raffle tickets from school, Katie Kirk or Cobble Corner in Marazion.

5. Use our Giving Machine portal every time you shop online. It’s simple; you shop, they donate at no expense to you. Some schools raise hundreds each year when enough neighbours, friends and families use this website: http://www.thegivingmachine.co.uk The participating stores include Sainsbury's Groceries, Ebay, Amazon, Argos, thetrainline, M&S, Hamleys, John Lewis, Currys, Weight Watchers, Pet Supermarket, Laura Ashley, PC World and pages more!

6. Join us for our Christmas Nativity at Marazion Methodist Chapel on 8th December, 2011, at 6pm.
